We understand how difficult tournament paperwork can be for team managers. We try to be a low documentation event.

The only check-in requirement for a team is to return the last page of our certification letter. By signing the letter you certify that all players have valid player passes and medical release forms, and that those passes and forms will be available at every game played.

Permission to Travel: This is a poorly understood concept. No USSF affiliate can deny a team the right to play at our tournament. They try and say that the secondary health insurance that comes with registration is not valid.

If you have US Club cards your fine.

If you have USYSA cards and approval to travel your fine.

If you have USYSA cards and have been denied travel permission each parent must sign the insurance waiver, see above.

There is no required check in for our event, just show up at the field and play!
